Before you
come aboard.
Is this for couples or for businesses?
Occasi Pro is for wedding planners, venues and their invited staff. Couples use the customer studio to create their invitation, manage their own wedding and approve sharing. Go to customer sign in.
Does every client need an Occasi invitation?
No. Paid Pro access is intended for managing external clients too. You can enter or import their planning details without publishing an Occasi invitation. External-client editing currently requires pilot access arranged with Occasi.
Will importing clients send them invitations?
No. Imports create private planning records. They do not email clients, publish an invitation or approve sharing. You review the mapped columns, dates and possible duplicates before saving.
Can my whole team see every wedding?
No. Business owners manage team access. Viewers and coordinators see only assigned weddings, within the permissions available to the business. Budgets and guest contacts have separate controls.
Can I try it before applying?
Yes. Explore the sample workspace with fictional wedding data. It is separate from live client records. The connected pilot is available to approved businesses and invited staff.
