Yes. Create an account and build a private draft for free. You can also explore a sample studio with fictional guests. Nothing in the sample is saved or sent.

No. Guests open your invitation link in their browser and reply there. Your account is only for you.

Browse the invitations and preview any design on a phone and a computer. In your studio, open Invitation and choose a design. You can change to another design later. Château and Aegean Vow are Signature designs.

Your names, the date and venue, and optional sections you can switch on: your story and photos, the day’s schedule, the menu, dress code with colour swatches, questions and answers, your wedding party, a gift-list link and music. Sections you don’t need can stay off.

Yes. Edit them in your studio and your live invitation updates. The link stays the same. Changing a detail doesn’t message your guests, so tell them about anything important.

Yes, on the current collection. Guests can switch the language on the invitation, and you choose which languages are offered. Occasi’s own wording, such as headings and the reply form, is translated. Your own words show as you wrote them unless you add a translation in the studio.

Yes. Each invitation has its own design, guest list and replies, and you switch between them in your studio. You can start private drafts at any time; each invitation you publish needs its own purchase.

They open your link, find their name (or fill in the form, if you use a shared link) and reply for everyone in their party. Their replies appear in your studio.

With a guest list, only the households you add can reply, and each has its own number of places, up to 20. With a shared link, anyone who has the link can reply, up to the party size you set. You choose in Invitation details.

Yes. With a guest list, each household has a personal link that opens their invitation ready for them. Copy it from the guest list or from the message to send.

Yes. Choose people from your phone’s contacts (on Android with Chrome), or use a contacts file (.vcf) or a simple spreadsheet (.csv). Nothing leaves your device until you press Import, and only the people you select are added.

Yes. Add up to 12 events, such as a welcome dinner, the ceremony and a farewell brunch, and choose which events each household is invited to. Their reply form shows only those events.

Yes. Add your meal options and switch on the dietary question. You’ll see the totals for your caterer in the studio, and you can download them.

After replying, guests see a “Change your reply” option on the invitation. If they get stuck, ask them to contact you, or raise a ticket and we’ll help.

Yes. Open the household and choose Delete household. You’ll see everyone it includes before you confirm, and you can undo it for a few seconds.

Copy your link and share it by WhatsApp, email or any messaging app, or download a QR code to print. WhatsApp sharing opens your own WhatsApp; it isn’t automatic messaging. Text-message invitations and reminders from Occasi are a planned paid add-on and aren’t available to customers yet.

They see a thank-you message as soon as they reply. If a guest adds an email address to their reply, they also get a short confirmation email.

In Seating, add your tables and place your guests. Then download the plan for your venue.

Wedding day has a door list for checking guests in, and an entrance QR code guests can scan to check themselves in. Arrivals appear on the door list.

Yes. Budget & payments keeps your costs, deposits and what’s still due in one place, with a PDF you can download. Your budget is private and never appears on your invitation.

A shared place for guests’ photos and messages, opened from a link or a QR code on your tables. You can hide any photo; hidden photos stay out of the guest book and its PDF. A link to a photo that was already shared can still open.

Yes. When a planner or venue on Occasi Pro asks to help, you review the request in your studio and choose what they can see. Budget and guest contact details have their own settings, and you can change or remove access at any time.

Standard is £49.99 and Signature is £69.99, each for one invitation with 36 months of hosting. You pay once; there is no subscription. See pricing.

By card through Stripe’s secure checkout, from Publish & hosting in your studio. The price you see is the price you pay, with no extra fees at checkout. We charge in pounds (GBP); if your card uses another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee.

Hosting runs for 36 months from confirmed payment, with no automatic renewal. Publishing later doesn’t restart the 36 months. If you need more time, raise a ticket before it ends.

Yes, for £20 from Publish & hosting. You can then choose a Signature design. Your original hosting end date stays the same.

Tell us first: raise a ticket from your studio or email us, and we’ll put it right where we can. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

You can, and a planner or venue only if you approve it. Each guest sees only their own household’s reply.

Yes. In Guests, download your guest list or your replies as a spreadsheet.

In Account settings, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your invitations, replies and uploaded photos, and can’t be undone.
